1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MedBook AI website (medbookai.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

MedBook AI provides AI-powered lead follow-up and patient acquisition automation services to hair restoration and medical clinics. Our services include automated SMS and email follow-up, appointment booking, lead qualification, and patient nurture sequences delivered through our proprietary system.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients using MedBook AI services agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Ensure all leads submitted to our system have provided consent to receive communications
• Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and HIPAA where applicable
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Pay all applicable fees on time as agreed in the service agreement

4. Payment Terms

MedBook AI offers a 30-day free trial for new clients. After the trial period, services are billed at the agreed monthly rate. Payment is due on the same date each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their MedBook AI subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

MedBook AI provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results including number of leads, consultations booked, or revenue generated. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MedBook AI website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of MedBook AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and interacting with our chat widget or contact forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from MedBook AI. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. MedBook AI will never sell your phone number to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms

MedBook AI reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
